VERY outdated and basic iface on their…

VERY outdated and basic iface on their site, you cant delete posts you have to ask the admin to do so which I got a rather rude and blunt reply months ago so I asked can they close my account down as "again" you are not able to?

when I asked to close my account I got no reply and the account was just closed, very rude.

The search option on their site is also dire in fact the overall outlay is outdated, cheap looking and they could do with some classes in customer service.
