Great Customer Service

Genuinely helpful and very fast customer service from this business! Had all my questions answered and was sent a replacement product within a week of contact about a problem with my order!

Again no answer from them

And again no answer from them! They are claiming it’s “new email system” - but look on the reviews, it’s been like this for months. Customers report support unresponsiveness all the time!
As for the refund - although I’ve cancelled my order within 2h time frame stated on their own web site, they charged me for delivery! Bcs they haven’t been answering for weeks to my cancellation request! That’s a scam! Same as their lenses - they cost 10$ on AliExpress. So ask yourself, if you wanna pay several times more for Chinese lens and 0 customer service. I wish I would have seen all these multiple reviews before I’ve started dealing with these scammers!

Best customer support I’ve experienced

Their response was extremely prompt, only a few minutes after I sent my email I got a response. They provided all the information I needed and reasonings to clarify anything that I might have not understood. Best customer support I have every encountered

Postal Service lost my package…

Postal Service lost my package unfortunately. The team (mostly Bradley) at Retropia were so understanding and helpful. With communication and a little patience they were able to resend my package. I cannot wait to try out the lens and flash kit. Will probably buy every product they put out from now on just for having such an awesome team!

UPDATE: after two Months trying to get a repIy, I have been informed that I will receive a lense FOC. This has been shipped in the meantime. Hope it arrives this time.

My initial order number was 75886.

Great Customer Support

Bought the wrong lens due to some information that was not on the website, and tried to return it only to be told that they would let me keep it and get the one that works for free (not including shipping) and had a great experience with the customer support.

Amazing Customer Service.

Their customer service is great! I made a mistake months ago on my order and got an incompatible lens. I figured that I might as well cut my losses but was able to contact support and receive a completely new and compatible one. Bradley and their team were incredibly helpful.

amazing retropia team!

Not bad

Not bad, in certain circumstances it can be effective. The view finder is small and any sun reflection will glare.not great for manual focus but It does center well. Will experiment more. I like it.

Surprisingly good!

I honestly didn’t expect to like this lens as much as I do. The Retropia pancake lens is ridiculously compact and lightweight, which makes it perfect for everyday carry especially when I don’t feel like hauling around a full setup. It keeps my camera low-profile without sacrificing image quality.
The sharpness is impressive for the size, and it produces really pleasing colors with a nice, subtle character that gives photos a bit of nostalgic personality. I haven’t run into any major issues this far.
What really stands out is how fun it is to shoot with. It turns my camera into something I actually want to bring everywhere, which says a lot. For the price, it’s an absolute steal.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a portable, capable lens with great everyday usability.

I've had a horrible experience with Retropia...

I've had a horrible experience with Retropia. I placed an order for their Retro Flash Pro on 12/4/25. The flash didn't get delivered until 12/20/25 and when I opened it the flash was broken. It didn't turn on even after trying everything I could. I contacted their support team right away with photos and videos of the non working flash. They were quick to respond initially and said they'd send a replacement. It's now been three months and I have yet to receive a replacement flash. I never got a new tracking number and reached out to their support team over three times before hearing a response. I would NOT buy from this company!
