I wish so badly I could leave 0 stars! they sent my package over a month AFTER my birthday. I ordered it a month BEFORE my birthday. Customer service was NO help whatsoever. When the package arrived it smelled SO foul that I opened it in my garage instead & the item received was a generic version of the item listed. Extremely disappointing!
Don’t buy from this site! I paid $89 for some heels and extra $$ to have them shipped/delivered asap. It took over a WEEK before the shoes actually shipped with tracking info. 3 weeks later they sent me some cheap ass sandals inserted of what I purchased. I then contact customer service via email to inform them of their mistake. I was then they a 14% refund and told me to keep the sandals lol. I told them I didn’t want the sandals and would rather return them and have them send out what I actually paid for. That made up an excuse that the heels were out of stock (but currently in stock on the website). Then I was offered a 20% refund and was told returning the package to China would be costly and unnecessary. So they basically stole my money with intentions of never sending out my correct order. I did research after the fact, and found out this is what they do! Saw a video on TikTok of a girl that ordered the same heels as me from their website and got those exact same cheap sandals instead! This website needs to be shut DOWN! I am pissed and on a war path for revenge!!!! Stay clear of these scammers!!!!
Scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they steal others pictures and send something totally different and then tries to not refund u or get u to take a less refund. Do not buy they steal socaleyo website pictures. Thieves!
