Don’t order!!

Scam

Ordered a pair of glasses December 19 2022. A friend ordered two pairs the week earlier. Neither of us have received any information other than that the parcel has shipped since then. Shipping info is in another language. Our emails have received no responses. The website estimated it would be 14 business days shipping. It has now been over 3 months with no communication. I have ordered from Retoro in the past and was pleased with the quick delivery and quality of glasses, but having this shared experiences has been entirely negative and I do not expect to be able to to get my money back from this apparently now non-responsive disappointment of a brand.

No Response!

I've been waiting for the goods for over a month, I've tried several times to contact the seller - no response. When I asked to cancel, I received an email that the item had been shipped WITHOUT a reply to my cancellation request. But the shipment status has also not changed for 7 days! Very dubious - I contacted PayPal and they don't even respond! Still no Response!

I ordered sunglasses from Retoro back…

I ordered sunglasses from Retoro back in December. My order was supposed to be delivered December 19th. Two months later and several efforts to contact them they still haven’t delivered my item or even tried to reach out to correct the situation.

Order never arrived- ordered over a month ago

I placed an order (#24226) on January 5th, received an email that it shipped on the 9th. It has been over a month and my order has not arrived and the tracking info for shipping has not shown any update or movement since the 9th. I do not know where my order is and I tried to email the company and have not received any email or response back. I spent $60 on 2 pairs of glasses and I would like to know if they will arrive or not, or else I would like my money back.

Never received order after 2 months

I never received my order after almost 2 months. I have sent multiple emails and also messaged socials and no reply. When I check the status of my order it hasn't even been sent out yet. The website and the confirmation email of order says it should take 2 weeks. This company seems to be a scam, avoid at all costs. I am not the only one if you read the comments on their instagram account there are more people how has had the same experience

Order never received

I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses. More than a month later the tracking info still just says “parcel info received.”
I’ve filled out 2 contact forms and still haven’t heard anything. At this point I assume I’m not getting my sunglasses.

Took my money and ran

Placed an order a month ago and haven’t had an update since. Zero response from support, info, social media profiles. Just straight ignored with no product in hand, no updates, and out the money I paid. Feels like I’m being scammed..
