Site is easy to use and shipments come quickly!

Friendly staff whenever I needed to call. Walked me through everything. Delivery was in a timely matter. Sent me what they had in stock while the rest of the same product was on back order. I will be ordering again through Retail Resource.

Customer service were great. I had trouble ordering my product on line & once I called them & explained what was going on, they helped right away. Unfortunately the item that I order did not work out & again customer service was great, no questions asked, they helped me return & refund my money. The lady who I talked to even help me looked for an item that would work.

The rack was easy to assemble, although the diagram and parts listed do need to be updated a bit. All the pieces were packaged well, nothing damaged.

One of the pieces was defective when my order arrived. It happens. I've encountered it many times. But what I've never encountered before was the excellent customer service from Retail Resource!! Immediately upon hearing I had a defective piece, I was offered a complete replacement. Best customer service I have ever encountered. Ever. The item I ordered is exactly what I wanted, exactly as it appeared on the website. It's perfect.

Found just what I needed, great price and shipped quickly.

We got a catalog for Retail Resources as a misdelivery for another company. Before I passed it along, I took a look and realized I had been missing out. So, I ordered a few things and voila! I am impressed. Thanks.

The sales people were very nice. The quality of the product was very disappointing! I ordered 2 wrap tables and a shelving unit. The wrap tables were constructed of particle board and laminate. The directions were terrible and a piece broke when assembling it - I do not recommend this product. The rolling shelving unit is very nice, but the delivery company bent one of the supports. The shipping on the wrap counters was more than the cost of the product - it makes no sense. The shipping company that delivered the shelving unit, threw the product into the street, and that is what probably bent the support - I watched each company unload each item. Furthermore, I gave each shipping person, $20 gratuity. Poor delivery service and poor quality product. But the sale people were very nice at Retail Source. I do not recommend the products that I purchased.

Staff were very helpful from start to finish. They knew the products and helped me understand my own needs.

1st package got lost by fedex. I reported it to company. They immediately wanted to make it right. I was willing to let fedex find it. But this company felt it was more important to get a new package out to me the next day. Great customer service.
