If you need a resume fast, they can likely meet your need. I found their advice for C-level as middle of the road. The communication was fine, but not personalized--It felt like I was just being processed. They did inform me that our engagement had time limitation. They did not, however, thoroughly review the information that I provided, and sent my first draft with several easily verifiable fact errors--wrong job titles, etc. Because the resume draft was not finalize, the did not send the LinkedIN profile that was part of our engagement. I was disappointed to learn of their strict deadlines, inflexibility and high penalty fees for re-engaging the process 3 days--that right 72 hours--past what i considered an artificial deadline deadline. Unfortunately, I won't be able to recommend them.

I enjoyed the entire process, finding it personable and helpful from start to finish. My interview was comprehensive, and the editing process allowed for considerable flexibility that helped ensure a final product that was polished and reflective of my interests, skills, and goals. Communication was prompt as well. Albert did a great job!
