Fraud company beware!!!
Fraud company beware!!!! They charge you monthly 40euro which is completely hidden. You cannot cancel it on their site since it's not visible.
They don't answer mails or calls.
My next step is to for a complaint with bank and police.

Impossible to cancel unauthorised subscription
Firstly I purchased a ‘one time’ template. Which still I’ve never been able to download in an editable format which is what they sold it as being. It was less then £2 so i just shrugged it as a loss and lesson learnt!
Second and the most infuriating.. they auto signed me up to a subscription and will not cancel it. I have sent 2 emails to ‘support’ which have been ignored and there is no mechanism to cancel in my ‘account’ as I do not have a subscription in my ‘account’!! I feel this is a scam I am afraid. At least be contactable! Nothing at all, radio silence and no human to talk to or mechanism to reach out.

Beware — hidden subscription, but they will refund if you push back
This is edit of my original review after refund:
Do not use this service without reading carefully. They sell you what looks like a one-time fee of around €2 to create and download your resume. The resume was good.
After two months, they charged my card €39.99 without any prior notification — there is no clear or transparent warning about this recurring monthly fee when you make the initial payment. It is hidden in the fine print.
When I first requested a refund, I received a templated reply refusing it, citing their "non-refundable" policy. Only after I sent a firm follow-up outlining the next steps I was prepared to take did they agree to refund the charge.
So a refund is possible — but only if you push back hard. Be careful before signing up and if already signed, check your account for existing subscription. If you have already been charged, do not accept the first "no."
