Dishonorable business practices
April 21st, 2026 I got on and made my resume after I finished I immediately cancelled my subscription. Fast forward to today and I was charged $23.95. I called customer support. They offered to allow me to stay with their service for $14.95. I declined. They then offered me to stay with their service for $9.95. I declined. They then offered me to stay with their service for $4.95. I declined. Then he proceeded to tell me they don't do refunds. Why? You charged me today. You can see I haven't logged in a month. He then told me that he would credit me $11.98. Make that make sense. if I stay it's $4.95 if I cancel it's $11.97. I told him I cancelled one month ago and should not be charged. He said there must have been a glitch on their end and my cancellation didn't go through.
This company is shady and has dishonorable business practices. Subscriber beware.
