Low quality and value and hair in my food
Had lunch yesterday in a party of 3. I ordered the 'special dish' , a mixed middleeast inspired salad at a price of 165 DK kr. The dish was dissapointing in the sense that it mostly consisted of a center of iceberg salad and slices of tomatoes and cucumber with no flavor. The roasted eggplants were not seasoned. And when I found a nasty black hair embedded in my food, I gave the food back, I had eaten about half. I was offered another dish but declined, because I had lost my appetite. When the bill came, they had put full charge on it all, we had food for about 100 euros. I complained and the waiter asked the manager for a reduction, but this was declined. I again complained and offered to pay half, but was only offered the take off one mineral water (39 kr) from the bill (a drink that some of the other 2 had). I then asked to have the contact info to the manager, but this was also declined (by the manager) and I was referred to 'the homepage'. I have sent a similar complaint via the homepage. The staff is nice and understanding, the manager must be a person without any desire to run a place with quality and costumer service at mind. The location is very nice, so customers will probably come despite of this. However there are other nice places to eat at Kultorvet, and I would recommend to chose those (midwestern and kulbar)
