Employees disrespectful to customers

I was shopping today with my brother for my company and a gentleman was very disrespectful to us. We asked you to call the Manager and two people arrived who were Manager positions and they were more disrespectful to us even for a small reason but in this place, the customer is not right the employee has them they believe they are the owners of this place you
