Fast response
I was having issues with unauthorized charges and emailed the company and they were able to resolve it. They were very fast as by the next day I had gotten an email. They were also very professional and courteous and no questions asked. Thanks

Solved quickly and within reason
My experience has been very good. They quickly solved my issues and made it right with in reason of what I was asking for. Fast response and explained why or why they wouldn't give a refund but fixed things so I was able to get a new correct report. So I'm happy with the results of the situation that took place.

Customer service responded back quickly when I asked them to cancell their subscription the only reason I gave four stars is because I was only doing a trial, but I never did receive a picture of the person that was supposed to be my soulmate. I don’t mind companies asking for some personal information, but I’m not taking a picture of myself. That’s a little too much.

First of all, I would like to thank the gentleman that had helped me from day one I don’t know who he is, but he’s wonderful. He made me feel that ease. He continually answered my emails or my text messages whichever they were but he has been there from day one he now understood my problem and he helps refund the money and it’s on its way. They said it takes 10 days or just I’ll stay in touch. I won’t get rid of you but I’m so happy for the experience of really finding a professional company that’s not a scammer and he apologized to me for the program that I downloaded it didn’t give me anything that said it would give me and then it’s just kept taking my money without my permission but I accident it happened but this wonderful wonderful gentleman made it not five stars. It’s 10 stars and I’d like to stay in touch with him until I get my refund so I hope that’s possible. Thank you for your company really helping me out when they saw the truth. You get 10 stars 20 stars I like your company even though I don’t need it. I hope to hear from the gentleman that is working with me on it so I can let him know when the money is put back and I’m gonna show my bank a letter today.
