Not off to a great start - I'm trying to register as a participant and having trouble setting up an account and no way to get any help. Can't log in first as I can't get registered in the first place.
I'll go elsewhere.

Dont recommend! Worst service I haver used it! they dint allow to make the survery because I use typeform? what is wrong with you people?

I’ve been using Respondent for the past year or so. I’ve noticed a massive decline in the quality of service. It’s been a month and a half since I completed a study, but I’ve not been sent the incentive payment. I’ve followed all the steps; the in website messenger is useless between you and the researcher as they never respond. When you contact the support team, they also rarely respond and when they do it’s an AI generated response. I’ve sent about six emails and I’m no further along. I’ve been told they have no timeline of when I’ll receive payment and they have no update. They also do not provide you with the researchers contact details. It’s great when it works, but be prepared to not receive payment and receive no support.

Never got selected for anything so after a year I decided to delete my account. Turns out I can’t? I can only “deactivate” it, meaning all my information is still out there. It’s impossible to speak with a person in support, they claim their blue chat bubble has an option that says “send us a message” and it literally does not exist. The blue bubble only allows me to search for FAQ.

Most get screened. Finally completed 1 6 weeks ago. They haven't paid. Messaged the project no reply. Respondent have no live chat so emailed them 3 weeks ago. No reply, not even an acknowledgement. I'd say don't waste your time as they likely won't pay and have zero interest in providing any customer service.

I completed a paid sustainability research study for Uber Eats on January 24th, and one month later, the study has not marked as completed and the payment has still not been processed.

Despite fully completing the study and meeting all requirements, the payment promised in the confirmation email has not been honored.

Customer service is a bot repeating the same answer over and over again.

This lack of follow-through is disappointing and unprofessional. Participants should not be treated this way, especially after delivering high-quality input and respecting the agreed conditions.

Based on this experience, I would advise other participants to proceed with caution and choose other platforms (Utest, User interviews, etc.)

Usually never had a problem but in the past 1 month had to raise issues with non-payment 3 times. Twice the payouts were settled. But this third time the researcher named Ramin K from Moneyfarm is refusing to pay despite the fact that I attended. An email confirmation was sent for my attendance. Ramin K failed to turn up, tried blaming it on me then admitted he got the time wrong. Then tried blaming me again saying he did not see me because he still stayed on for 12mins. I wouldn't mind if someone admits their mistake, apologies and requests a reschedule but not when someone blames me for their failure.
I emailed Respondent.io several times with all the evidence, but, there has been no response. I feel cheated and I do not appreciate this dishonest practice. As per their own rules in Clause 7.3 non-attendance by a researcher will mean a payout for participants. And the fact they haven't even responded, helped me or investigated reflects negatively on them. Participants must be made aware that they are likely to be scammed.

awful absolutely the worst people ever. their support does NOTHING, not even reply to emails and they won't pay you. they can't disqualify any response WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON. so you might spend an hour on a task and not get paid!!!

No support contact. No jobs after months of trying it and filling out countless screeners. Months ago, when you could still find some way to contact their support center, I told them there was a problem with the "add personal video introduction", as their system wouldn't upload and save my video, but all I received were useless answers that often contradicted each other in their solutions and no real solution so far. Today finally I got accepted for a project but the link to participate doesn't work. Complete waist of time for me.

I think I've done one focus group for respondent. Now they have a lot of these $5 and $10 "quick" self directed jobs. Except for a $10 job they take $1 fee. And I did a $5 job and, after, I already did it the company "disqualified" me. Yep after I made the video for them. I complained and I am supposed to be getting my big $5 payday (probably with another $1 taken out). I removed myself from their database. It feels like a time waste to me when there are much better compainies to deal with who don't nickel and dime you.

The process is simple and easy to take surveys and make a little extra money. You learn about new products or products on their way. I love the experience.

Signed up two months ago and did a few screenings already, yet nothing much. No job is available, you have to be really lucky since there's too much competition and no notifications in the mail for new opportunities so you need to constantly check and refresh the site to see what's available. Obviously, one cannot rely on such platform. The site itself is reliable but don't expect to make real money from it.

is a solid platform if you’re looking to take part in paid research studies. The studies are generally well-described, payouts are fair, and communication with researchers has been smooth in my experience. Payments are reliable and on time, which is a big plus compared to similar platforms. It does take a bit of patience to qualify for the right studies, but overall it’s a professional, well-run service that’s worth using if you fit the target profiles.

Extremely happy with Respondent. Glad I signed up. Unlike typical research and study websites, these folks have:
- Ample Surveys to choose from
- Well-paid
- Easy and quick redemption (in fact they sent the amount to you once the participation is confirmed)
- Easy to navigate platform

A very professional company that provides you with all relevant information, well ahead of time, ensures reminders are sent in a timely manner and instructions are clear and concise. All moderators, I have engaged with, have been excellent and really help you to feel relaxed, this really is key to doing research projects, so not only are the projects enjoyable but they are also really interesting too. Payment times are clearly set out and are always on time. There are a lot of companies that could learn from Respondents! 10/10
