I've been wearing my respiray wear a+ for about two years now! The unit of course shows some wear, but after dropping it, wearing it, charging it over 100 times, painting it, and spilling coffee in it, it's still going strong!! And the best part is that in those two years I have not caught any viruses. I do wear a mask with the Hepa for additional protection, but Hepa + mask seems to eliminate nearly all the risks!

I have used a KN95 mask with my Respiray for 6 months in risky settings such as busy hospital waiting rooms-I haven’t gotten sick once. It is comfortable and stays in position upright and laying down. It is quiet and the faint sound it makes doesn’t bother me or the people around me. I have not had a single person notice or comment on it when I’m wearing it. In my experience, it’s just about perfect!

Update: The CEO contacted me directly after seeing my 1 star review and sent me a second product. While I appreciated the attempt, the second product had a misplaced magnet so the product would not stay fastened. I asked for a refund and received it.
The product does work to filter fragrances so I will fix it and continue to use it.
I appreciate the company's attempt at fixing the issue and hope they look into quality assurance and a better made product as I think this could help a lot of people like me.
OG: The product would not hold a charge. Their return policy was 60 day money back guarantee. They automate your response and only give you 50% for used product.
I shared their return policy and they just resent the same response...
There's no one to contact to get a full refund for a guarantee and broken product.
Very disappointed.

Update: I am pleased to say that this company - specifically the CEO Karl made things right upon reading my review (which I left below for reference). I have since received my replacement device and am very greatful to again have an added layer of protection as a Disabled Chronically ill individual.
Initial Review: After saving up for a year to purchase this device - it stopped working (will no longer charge) after a year of use.
I've taken great care of this device considering the high cost and have never damaged it in any way - so having it stop working suddenly was a shock.
I'm extremely disappointed as my unit is only one year old (just a little over 2 weeks past the 1 year warranty).
When I reached out via the company's website about my issue, noting it is just shy of the warranty period - I was only given 10% off the cost to purchase an entirely new unit as a solution, as shipping the unit back and forth to be inspected would also be costly.
This was a very expensive purchase - especially for someone on a very limited income - but I thought it would be worth it considering other Disabled folks I know purchased it and saw benefit.
I used it often in combination with my N95 mask when attending medical appointments, as well as, outside in the spring to lessen the effects of allergies when gardening and saw a benefit when using it in those instances.
I'm disappointed it stopped working so soon/suddenly and even more disappointed in the company's solution to my issue - purchasing a new unit at 10% off - as that is still a significant cost and one I can not afford a mere year after purchasing one I had hoped would last years.

The product is great and the way I see it is that it can only help you stay away from germs, flue, and any viruses. I just wish and please don't take it in a negative way that the higher air setting was a little stronger and that mainly it can stay changed 7 hours using the high setting and not just stay on for 7 hours on the low setting. I know I can't see the battery, but for the size what it is the battery should be large enough that even on the high setting it should last for 7 hours which is usually a days work schedule. But besides that it's a great device and looks pretty sheik. Ps just want to know if I want to get the bag for it to carry it in how much is the shipping on that. Should of gotten it before.

This company sold me a neck fan which was very good quality. I decided that I did not want the item any longer, so I returned it and got a full refund less the shipping costs, no questions asked. The personnel were very courteous and professional.
