I have nothing but good things to say about this team! Very responsive, very helpful, very knowledgeable! I came in knowing very little about DISC or Epic, but Alicia was there for me every step. My trainer for the certification class was also outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed the certification process!

Customer experience has been top notch. I felt really supported from my questions, to right after I purchased (I had ordered something I didn't need), to the reports.

Price is standard no matter the volume bought, ???
Very easy to order, I also receive the books in a timely manner. Great product.
I do not like the one set price as I buy several hundred of these books.
We train our people in areas sometimes without internet access, so the online version is useless to us.
Will be looking at other versions of Personality profile activities.

The purchasing process was very good
The purchasing process was very good. However, there was not a clear understanding of how I would receive the results. It took several attempts to contact staff (several calls and an email) before I was able to get information on the results of the eval I purchased. Once I was able to connect, the staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
