Have had a few issues with EVRI shipping over the years but to be fair I do ship a lot and resolver "resolved" every one of them by stepping in. Cant fault them one iota.

My two withdrawal requests, ₹2800 and ₹2460, have been pending for several days with no resolution, despite repeated follow-ups. I used Resolver for my PPI claims a few years ago. They had an easy to follow template, provided a simple platform I could use to track my claims and provided ample information on what to do if you needed to take a claim further. It was easy, informative and helped me reclaim a lot of missed money. I live in Cyprus now, so wasn't even aware I was able to claim until I found Resolver! Very helpful, would recommend to anyone.

I have used Resolver in the past and they have been very helpful providing information as to how to resolve an issue. However unlike many other people I am fully aware that I received my help without paying Resolver, and that as a free service they are restricted as to how far they can realistically go in order to help resolve issues. I have found it to be a very useful service and would recommend them without question to anyone who needs advice on how to resolve their issue. Ps ignore the date as I cannot remember sorry will have to check.

Twice I have had issues with Vodafone with no response from them.
Once I submitted a Resolver complaint Vodafone customer services responded with emails and telephone calls.

In mid-late 2023, I was confused and unsure of my rights with regards to some extreme delay claims that I against an American airline.

Excellent service - took me nearly 18 months to sort mums electric bill with SSE and OVO energy who took over. 12 months of escalations false promises and no calls back after spending hours waiting . I just got an email from resolver telling me how many people they helped and asking for a contribution....WELL, I got no help, automated emails no human contact. They neither contact vinted or Evri, who I had the problem with, and guess what their emails are also no reply. Too many dates to put into the box for when this problem happened and its still ongoing.
