Overall? If I could give more than 5 stars, would do it in a heartbeat. I am so very happy of the way my albums turned up. I’m bragging about it to friends and told them where I got it. Your team is doing a fantastic job in organizing all the photos as making it so beautiful. I couldn’t ask for more. Just keep up the good work. Will be ordering more. 😊😊

I’m completely satisfied with the photo albums I have received. I have 4 now and will continue to order with them. Getting prepared to ireder another one shortly.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from Facebook, but was pleasantly surprised when the book arrived in about three weeks.
Since then I have been enjoying the memories and proudly showing it to my family and friends.
There is only one picture that I would not have selected, but the front and back pictures are really great. I would recommend Resnap. It is better than the book

The nine different books I've ordered from Resnap have been great. The quality is first-rate, and considering the distance, their delivery is quick. I would recommend the glossy finish paper.

Was very happy with my book and very surprised at how quickly it was delivered!!
It was delivered by courier right to my door! Everything else I have purchased online has taken at least 6 weeks or more but this was received in about 3 weeks,
And it had been sent from England with no delays! Very very pleased!

This is a company that satisfies their customers. I received my book and it was damaged,I assume in transit because I know they wouldn’t send it out that way. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the book. Wonderful customer service. I always enjoy my books.

The quality is beautiful.. it ended up costing $170 NZ dollars with the exchange which I never find out before I’ve paid but probably just as well.. but I love it and always get one a year...

Couldn't change pages, or figure out which photos were duplicate. Book came back with blank pages and photos out of order, some pages duplicated. Could have got better quality from a local print shop!

I was very disappointed with my photo book, especially as it cost so much.
The quality of my photos is very poor (my originals were good) and even though I checked the set out of the pages and frames, many photos were cut off.
I will not buy another Resnap book.

I am very Happy with my Facebook Decade Book.Great memories and the quality of the production is very good. Great value for money I hope to order more photo books in the future with pictures I select personally from my picture file on my computer. I have many more photos other then the ones I post on my Facebook page which I could provide for the production of another book.

I have created and ordered many photo books from Resnap and could not be more pleased! Excellent job always and I plan to continue going forward. I recommend this company to all my friends who see my books. Thanks Resnap for a job very well done!!
