My drawer for 500 DKK was broken when it arrived, and they didnt want to take the drawer back nor give me the money back. Very bad service in general, no understanding of my customer needs.
I would have bought again, but not with such an ignorant service
@thomas/reservedele.by reply - your team has refused to do anything for me and referred to a 2 day warranty (2 days is illegal and against EU law with 14 days internet warranty
Only after I gave you a poor review here on trustpilot and google maps i got a mail that you want to ship me a new part, reacting to when the case gets public
@Thomas #2) I have also given this poor rating 3 days ago after a big frustration.
I think the first step is to recognize if a a customer is very dissatisfied rather than denying it. I asked to get my money back for return of a product that was broken from the start after unpacking.
Simply give me my money back and ensure you do not damage your customer brand.

No, thats not correct, on friday, my colleague wrote that we are sending you a new shelf. That is 2 days before you wrote this review and in spite of the 2 days my colleague wrote about.
If we knew, that you have moved to another place, she would have returned your payment in spite of the 2 days since she, afterall, could see the problem about the shelf.
If I could, i would attache a file to this answer, and show you, that the answer about the new shelf was send on friday, instead i will mail it to you.
In my opinion, this case is only about a alot of unfortunate misunderstandings.

Actually, we think we have delivered a quite good service for you. In our customer agreement, we have written, that you have to check the good you get in 2 weekdays. Although you chosed to wait 2 weeks before you wrote to us, we chose to send a complete new shelf for your fridge to you without any extra payment for you.
Then you write to us yesterday, which is 2 days after this review, that you have moved to another place and dosen't even need the shelf for your fridge anymore is out of our hands. Have you written that, it might have been possible for us to help you in another way :)
We have written about the other way to you in a mail :)

Excellent inventory and speedy delivery. It was faster to get a replacement part through reservedele than to place an order with a local shop.

This is really a great netshop, good prices, quick delivery, real great customer service. I ordered a wrong part my bad just returned it and got money back + customer service found the correct part and shipped it fast and efficient. Real great experience I really recommend this netshop
