Definitely one of the best car rental…
Definitely one of the best car rental experiences. Uploading all my details 48hrs before collection made it a speedy pick up. I was in and gone in just over 10 minutes. It's a bit of a ball ache having to get a minibus to the off site depot, but that seems to becoming the norm now in Tenerife.
Just hope the drop off will go as smoothly.

I being charged an additional £40 applied to my rental for an out-of-hours vehicle return.
At no point during the booking process was I informed that returning the car outside working hours would incur an extra fee. This charge was not clearly disclosed in the booking confirmation or during pickup, and I only became aware of it afterward.

ReservAway provided the lowest rate from a reputable car rental agency, so was please to go with them. 3% cancellation fee (up to 48 hours before) seems reasonable. Web site very clear.

First time using ReservAway and would use again.
For peace of mind I would have preferred the booking reservation with the specific car company to be received at point of booking, but as per the conditions, I did receive it 48 hours before pick up.
Drivalia was the company the hire was booked with, car was not clean and had quite a lot of damage to the bodywork, but I received what I'd booked and the assistant was very helpful.

PS: As to the company's reply to the above comment: All efforts have been made to resolve this matter amicably, however, to no avail. ReservAway not only refused compensating the extra costs I incurred, they also refused refunding the fee they had charged for their services.
