Yes. I was scammed to!! I am so pi..ed off. I ordered 3 months of this crap. How do you get your money back?. I doubt you can.

My purchase was $30. They charged $38
Never got the book
Repeated b.s. emails saying check neighbors and post office etc. bogus tracking numbers that went to dead links. I’m filing a fraud report with my bank. Have filed a fraud report with Google. FTC fraud report is next on my list

Scam alert! Never received anything and now they want more money to send a “second” shipment!

Scam. I ordered 2 blind date with a book packages, and never received any of them, even though frequent "delivery status's" were sent. The ad showed a person unwrapping a surprise book of the genre of her choice with all sorts of other book related goodies, and I got nothing. The tracking number marked the packages as delivered, so I contacted the company to see what went wrong, since I never received them. They told me to ask my neighbors and contact the local post office. I did those things, and my neighbors did not receive the package and the post office said that the tracking number was not one of theirs and likely fraudulent. They also had no packages for me there. I requested my money back, but they refused to refund me. On top of all this, they charged me MORE than what was recorded on the receipt that I checked out with. I was willing to look the other way on that if the book package was as good as advertised, but when I received nothing, I am not okay with this.

Worst company ever! Nothing but a scam! After waiting 8 weeks for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift nothing ever arrived! They keep emailing me saying I need to check with the post office, look in my bushes, ask my neighbors if they took my package! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! My post office has rechecked 3 times! No package! They deserve to be fined and run out of business!

A total scam!! I’m hoping PayPal will come through for me with a refund. Got a pamphlet and a bit of other miscellaneous crap. So mad.

I really wish I could give them negative stars. Total scam. Advertised as a full book and you pick the genre. I picked one romance and one thriller. I got 2 romance pamphlets which included one chapter of a book each and a pen. Offered $5 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Total scam!

I have never been more disappointed with a purchase. After watching an influencer video where she unboxed all these bookish goodies I was excited to buy this for myself as a birthday treat. Almost a month later, after the tracking said it came from Italy, I received a small padded envelope from Chicago. Inside were one sheet of random stickers that I couldn’t even identify what they were, two identical bookmarks, a green piece of embroidery thread, a paper flower, a highlighter and … not even a book. Maybe a pamphlet. A Nicholas sparks story of maybe 10 pages. I threw everything in the trash and am super mad at myself for falling for this garbage scam.

A TOTAL SCAM!! Do NOT order anything from them.

I was so excited for a blind date with a book. I actually ordered 2 - a thriller and a fiction. I got stickers and pens and some other stuff that was fine. The “book” was the first 2 chapters of a romance. I got the exact same preview for both of my orders (definitely not a thriller).

I reached out to tell them I was dissatisfied and wanted to return for a refund. I’m told I got what they feel is appropriate. I continued to disagree and ask to return/refund the order.

They offered me $4. My original order was $50.

Do NOT order from these total scammers!

This company is a total scam. I ordered two "Date with a Book" packages from Instagram, which were supposed to include two beautifully wrapped books along with themed goodies in the genre of my choice. The ads showed full-sized books being received, but that’s far from what I got.

Not only did they charge me more than the amount on my receipt, but it also took over a month for my package to arrive. When it finally did, I was shocked to find nothing but flimsy paper pamphlets, a piece of string, and a cheap pen—instead of actual books—all for $50!

There are tons of complaints about this company on social media. Save your money and stay far away!

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I spent over $40.00 and all I got was a tiny 12 page paper book, a few ugly stickers, and a cheap high lighter! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

What I got was a photocopied cover and one chapter of a book. Oh and a couple of stickers and a couple of little fake flowers. And I paid $30 for this. It's extra disappointing because this was a Christmas present for myself that I waited a month for. Kept getting emails saying it was shipping from Slovenia, the package says it came from Chicago.

TOTAL SCAM! They send you 2 photocopied chapters of a book and a couple of cheap homemade stickers and a pen. RUN!

Scam! Do not purchase anything from this company! I will blast them in hopes no one else falls for their adds. I got 2 and they were photo copied book jackets. Not even books! They refused to refund me. They are frauds!

Chinese SCAM!!!

I ordered 3 books for my daughter's for Christmas. The order finally showed up on Jan 18. They did not send 3 books. They sent 10-page fraudulent copyright-infringed excerpts from Nicholas Sparks books.

I should have done my homework on this company. I too got scammed with a printed copy of the prologue of The Last Song. Do not buy from this company!!!

I ordered a thriller “Blind Date Night ish a Book” in December from a Facebook Ad. The Christmas gift never arrived in Colorado Springs ( now Jan 22) and none of the tracking info has checked out yet they maintain it was delivered to a woman who was home all day and did receive other USPS mail. I have sent email after email and called the CO post office. Now I’m in dispute at PayPal over it, but after days of arguing I just get that it was delivered because their waybill says so. It was supposed to be a US company but it started in Spain and then supposedly to China and then US. Now they’re saying they’ll contact the post office and get me the real USPS tracking. What are the chances it will be real? I’m out $38.00 and pissed as hell. I want to be refunded.

Do not fall for it. I usually do much better.

2/09/2025 Addendum: PayPal and the USPS will not intercede because the records say it was delivered. I am now out $38.00.

Hello, after ordering this on Dec 14th, we finally got the book. Well not really, $30 for ridiculous crap and 11 pages of a Nicholas Sparks movie that was made into a movie. Eleven pages!!!! Church brochures have more pages and are free!!
The absolute scam. "Blind Leaflet" is the more appropriate name.
And their response:
"Our warehouse has verified that the goods we have sent you are correct.
The shipping fee might be a lot if you want to return it.
Would you like to accept 4USD as compensation and keep the products instead?"

If I could give 0 stars I would. False advertising and deceptive business practices. Buyer beware! I ordered from 2 genres received 2 Nicholas Sparks pamphlets not even sure if actually excepted from the actual books, dried out highlighters and dollar store quality sticker sheets. I did not get the beautifully wrapped full sized hard cover book and fun swag that was advertised. Customer service wanted to give me $6 $12 if I paid the costly shipping to return to China although the shipping origin indicated Italy. I tried to report the fraudulent add to facebook and got a response that it didn’t violate community standards which also begs to differ if facebook just looks the other way due to ad compensation. I’m disgusted by the whole experience.
