Called reservation desk.com thinking it…
Called reservation desk.com thinking it was the motel itself. 5 minutes after i got off the phone I got an email from them with roughly $200.00 additional charges that were not mentioned in my booking call. I called them back instantly and was told since he saw i had just booked it 10 minutes ago they would cancel it and i would get a call back within a half hour. after not getting a call I called back. Now they are telling me it will take 3-5 days for a review. 5 days later they are telling me it can take 10 days. 12 days later they are telling me it needs to be looked at again and to give them a few more days. I called the motel and they told me the agent from Reservation.com hung up on them when they told him it was Reservation. com error.Total ripoff company.

The room and the hotel on general were very nice. The staff was a bit somber. Not actually unfriendly but not really inviting. I was disappointed that a $280 reservation did not include breakfast. The next day a wonderful breakfast was provided at Super 8.

Upcharged me
I told them that online I could get the room for $274 with fees and taxes, (damage deposit was $200), they said that they would only charge me $100 for the deposit, and the room would be $359, so total would be $459, not $474 like it would be online.. I wasn't fully thinking and booked it, not knowing that they really screwed me for $85

I had to be there for an extended stay because my father was not doing well, and I did not know how long I would actually be staying, but they worked with me and were very accomodating and sensitive to my needs. I would definitely stay there again. It was also a beautiful setting in a residential area
