Extra fees
When we started the call with the reservation, the agent gave us a price with all the fees as we asked. We then asked for early check-in or late check-out, which he said it would be given. After that, we said ok and gave payment numbers on credit card. After the payment was made, he said that we'll have to pay another fee at the hotel. This fee alone was 25% the price of the reservation. We got livid, and asked to cancel everything. The agent then said its a non-refundable purchase and the reservation was already processed, and we would lose the late checkout. We never got late check-out and the hotel said they couldnt do anything for us. Agents are trained like scammers, beware. I'll never use another service like that. I'll book directly with the hotel.

You did not reveal the additional fee in US dollars until after the transaction was complete. If you had I would not have used your service.

Friendly and clean hotel
I love that you allow us to bring our fur babies with us and that you don't charge a extreme amount for them. And that you have rooms with the walk in shower. The only problem I had was that I couldn't go out the back door could come in that way just couldn't go out. Had to go out through the lobby at 4 am to take my dog out. The room was clean and everything was working..

The room wasn't smell like someone been smoking weed, there was bugs in the bathroom, we was in there for 5 minutes...we was for our money back and the front desk guy was rude....name was (Dan). I would not recommend any one staying there
