I can back up all the many negative reviews of Reserra.com from my own experience and it is evident how the firm operates: Reserra set up a marketing ploy – in my case, an M&S survey which closed with the assurance I had won a hamper – and then introduce a small charge, usually for postage or for delivery. The naïve customer, believing they are about to receive a bargain, pays the small amount, usually £2-3. Of course, they never hear from the firm whose wares they were told they would receive, but almost immediately funds start to be withdrawn from their account by “Reserra.com”. I was lucky: I actually received the emails that told me this finance company I had never heard of had opened an account in my name; I looked at the invoice - £3 deducted from my account for a “3-day trial” – of what? – and, following on from that, further payments of £45 to be deducted fortnightly! Having never signed up for any of this, I managed to get access to the account Reserra had opened in my name, promptly closed it down and, of course, contacted my credit card provider to alert them to the fraud. But others have been less fortunate; perhaps failing to check their spam folders or their balances, they have only realised what was going on after having been robbed of large sums of money. I have yet to read a review from anyone who has had it all refunded! Yes, Reserra.com replies to all negative reviews, but it is the same standard answer every time and most of the statements it contains are transparently false. (Added on 30.6.25: I have received the identical reply to everyone else reporting on Trustpilot how they have fallen victim to Reserra's tactics. The company appears not in the slightest disconcerted at being exposed.) Reserra.com is not registered with the FCA and, whilst it must require a certain amount of financial acumen to make money employing the tactics described above - both in the U.K. and in the States, I see - I do wonder how much legitimate business is actually carried on. Is there some way those of us who have lost money could form a "Reserra survivors" group and take joint action?

This firm starts off with a con then simply takes money from your account for s ubscription you have never signed up to. The con starts with a marketing offer but this company proports to be a Financial Services company....no mention if they are FSA registered!! I am informing the FSA of their tactics..... a pure con!

This site is a scam, can't find the site online.
Simply just taking money out of your bank without any chance to contact them.

Take money out of your account unauthorised after a scam asking for postage for items for Boots.
Reported to bank and local police.

I stupidly followed a Facebook link allegedly offering Boots mystery boxes for just a £3 delivery charge. Of course, I should have known better as it was too good to be true. The link took me to a page which looked like a legit Boots website page, and I entered my debit card details and paid the £3. I didn't get any confirmation email so immediately smelled a rat, and when I checked my online banking I saw that the £3 had been taken out by 'Reserra.com' so nothing to do with Boots.
I made sure there was no money left in my account after that, and it's a good job because they tried to take out £31 a couple of days ago but failed due to lack of funds!
When this 'Reserra' company reply to negative reviews, they tell you to log into your account to cancel your subscription. But there IS no subscription because you never signed up for one, and you never signed up for an account with Reserra so how can you cancel it?! Absolute scammers.

Like many others, I followed a Boots beauty box link to pay £3 for postage.
Three days later, £45 was taken from my account by Reserra. Two weeks after that another £45 was taken. At no point have I ever had an email to give me any details of the service for which I am now unwittingly paying.
When trying to cancel online I am unable to because I do not have a recognised account.
I finally spoke to a customer service representative who confirmed my account cancellation but was only able to refund one payment as it was within the time frame before the next payment of £45 would be taken.
Reserra has stolen £90 from me without supplying any services whatsoever.
Stay away. This company is a scam .

I stupidly fell for a promo offer, linked to a beauty product pack saying ‘just pay the £3 postage to receive products’. apparently linked to Boots. Went through the form paid the £3, thought it strange at the time that I didn’t get an email confirming, but, just thought I’d remain hopeful. Fast forward a couple of days (yes it didn’t take them long) they tried to take £45 out of my bank (I have the necessary checks in place to avoid these scammers so thankfully they were blocked). The problem is trying to log on to cancel a subscription that I didn’t knowingly take out is nigh on impossible. It’s a totally fraudulent way of taking people’s money. !! BEWARE of making the same mistake I made and don’t believe the promotions on social media, they really are too good to be true, save yourselves the headache and worry this causes and scroll past.

This company uses some dodgy marketing to sign up new members. They entice the unknowing by getting people to purchase fake offers through boots. Then you have to go through the process of cancelling the subscription which comes out of your account every two weeks. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They still haven’t refunded my postage payment which I regard as theft.

This was a scam payment that came out of my account for a promo asking for postage payment for a promo item and instead I was signed up to this site with payment taken as a trial and then a full payment taken 2 weeks later
Please keep an eye out for these charges on your account it is a scam. You don't recurring login details until after a full payment has been made to close your account
Please be aware

I received an email purportedly for a BCF promotion for a free Backpack. I was asked for $5 for "postage", which I stupidly paid.
I now see that the $5 was for a "trial" of their service and I had been subscribed to a monthly subscription of $87! I'm not sure what's more disappointing - that this exists or I feel for my first phishing scam since I first used the Internet in 1993!
