Scammer! They tell you they will send the tickets closer to the concert date. But will not reply or respond a week or few days before concert. No tickets no refund! fraud 100%
Resaletix is 100% FRAUD. I bought SEVENTEEN concert VIP tickets from them and kept followign up when it will arrived. until few days prior to the concert, they cancelled my order because it was not delivered on time (good thing i had back up tickets) . they said i will get a refund in 10days. it's almost 1 month and no refund yet. they also have stopped replying to my emails and messages. the lost amount is 624 USD. Its not about the money, i knew i was risking it when i bought it from this shady website. BUT I WILL BEVER STOP POSTING ABOUT THEIR SCHEME.
I bought tickets to a concert. I have several emails with confirmation. Tried to get into the account to see if the tickets were there. The site told me my email didn’t exist. Chatted with online system. Got no where. All of a sudden my tickets have been refunded with no explanation. No one to actually talk to. Looking at what tickets are now going for compared to what I bought them for they probably decided to get rid of me and sell hem for more. Really disgusting company.
This site has seriously deceptive business practice and shows reviews from many sites including trust pilot. However, your site says it has NO reviews on this company. BTW, they sold me tickets to a play with a charge of $237 and when I placed order it charged me $360.41. I've bought tickets many times from sites with additional charges but NEVER have I done it without the comany telling me so BEFORE I accepted the charged amount!
