As a new Immigrant and newcomer, if you are looking to get a home , no one will help you other than Requity Homes. Amy is super responsive, sincere, helpful and will go extra mile to guide a person in getting a home for purchase. Requity Homes will always make sure you get the best according to market. They are honest and transparent. Their rent to own program really helps a newcomer to get a home at present market price which will make huge difference in appreciation in the later years. It’s a win for clients. I am so happy to get our first home through them. An extraordinary concept to help new immigrants like us.

We were approved within 48 hours of completing the credit application. Just a couple days after that, we were shopping for houses and within a couple of weeks all the paperwork on our chosen house was complete and we had found the home for us!
