REP Provisions is a direct-to-consumer meat delivery company. We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef, soy and corn free pork and lamb. We also provide no-soy pasture-raised chicken. All of our animals are free from antibiotic and mRna vaccines. Our farms are chemical free meaning we don't use fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Our mission is to regenerate America's grasslands and improve ecosystem health by supporting local regenerative farms to build a more resilient and transparent food system. That’s typically not what we hear from our customers, so we are very sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Grass fed, grass finished beef is very different from grass fed, grain finished beef. It does need to be cooked differently and we have some great prep and cooking tips we like to share with our customers if you’d like for us to share those with you. Hi Kayla, I’m so sorry to hear you aren’t happy with this delivery. As stated in the email we sent to you, your order was shipped in two boxes since it could not all fit into one box. We shipped both of those boxes on the same day. Unfortunately, once the boxes leave our warehouse, we have no control over them during transit. It looks like your boxes got separated in transit. Therefore, they were delivered one day apart. We wished we could control that from happening, but unfortunately we cannot. We are so sorry you didn’t receive them at the same time. The package protection is an optional service that we offer to purchase in case of delays causing the products to be ruined or lost packages. If you choose the package protection, you will be covered in full in case you encounter one of these situations. Unfortunately, because we ship perishables, our carriers release liability even when it’s their fault. This is why we had to implement this new package protection. We truly do appreciate you for the support that you have given our small family farms. It means the world to us!🙏🏻

Great company, has always been my GO TO…
This company has always been my GO TO for meats, or really anything they sell❗️That's because when Dad first started making the century old wood, cutting boards, there was a problem with one that I bought and they shipped me another right away as the first one was being shipped back to them. I bought 3 of them because they are keepsakes❗️You just can't find a better chopping block❗️Meats are superb as well‼️

Packaged well and frozen
I was happy to get our package and to see how well packed it was with the insulation and dry ice. Everything came extremely cold. So far the meat has been great. I would cut the steaks a hair thicker though :)
