Easy to install, highly configurable, excellent value for money

I have been using Re:Plain for a while now and found it very, very good in terms of ease of installation and ability to operate via WhatsApp/Telegram/Messenger etc.

The free version is pretty generous and the add-on pricing structure means you only pay for services when you nee it.

Support has been responsive when required and the developer seems to not be resting on his laurels with new features added and in the pipeline.

Previously used SnapEngage for a lengthy period and also tested Drift. This is actually astonishingly good value by comparison.

I love it!

I love Re: Plain! They are truly innovative and offer a great product. I do recommend they change their name to something more simple and related to chat help- it's a bit hard to understand and type. But the product is amazing!

This is the best live chat widget I ever used! Waiting for Slack integration and attachments!
