Happy to be able to wear my favorite frames again. Replacement Lens Express was less expensive than local places by at least $100. They even sent me the old lenses with my glasses. No other place has ever given me back my old lenses. Thank You.

Not medium yellow
I was told you could get real close to a medium yellow for shooting glasses. You did try but its not a medium. Very light yellow is what I got. If you can do darker I would be interested but not at the same price. Looks like you do good work otherwise .

I have used RLE for my last four lens replacements. I just received my most recent lens order today. Again - RLE did a great job! Amazing customer service! Jennifer always got back to me immediately with any questions I had before I placed my order. Ordering was so easy and I received emails with updates on my order. And the finish product was just perfect and their pricing is amazing. I recommend RLE to all my family & friends. I wouldn’t buy lenses from any other place - RLE is the best!

Responsive, personalized customer service, fast response times, and GREAT quality results. So so so happy with my replacement lenses for my rare vintage Ray Bans. So relieved and pleased with this entire process (these are extremely rare frames) and telling everyone to trust their frames with RLE. (And the pricing is completely reasonable, too!)

No more “vision center” upcharges
I compared RLE’s products and prices to four other providers and found them to offer higher quality lens options for much less than the top two competitors. I’d never ordered lenses online before (used existing frames) but was pleasantly surprised at how simple the process was. Along with the price, I appreciated RLE’s communication at each stage of the process and how quickly I received my glasses when complete. The lenses are fantastic; better than ones I paid nearly double for at the last provider. I’ll definitely be using RLE for my lenses going forward.

Nothing went wrong
Nothing went wrong, it's just not what I expected. I bought my Ray-Ban sunglasses about 2 years ago for a little over $200. With shipping and taxes the replacement lenses cost me about $200. At that price I expected to get the same exact Ray-Ban branded lenses. Didn't happen, very unsatisfied. Not just with the lenses, but the entire procedure as well

I see that you mention that you were expecting to receive Non-prescription lenses that have the authentic Ray Ban replacement sunglass lenses with the RB logo on them.
While I can certainly understand your confusion when you received your new sunglass lenses and they did not have the Ray Ban logo on them. The reason why you did not receive the Ray Ban logo on your new lenses is because you choose Custom non-branded prescprtion lenses instead of the Ray Ban non-prescription authentic sunglass lens replacements. If you had chosen the Ray Ban replacement lens option you would have not been required to mail your frame to us. This is because when the customer chooses to order the Ray ban replacement lenses option, the lenses are ordered and then mailed to the customer to insert yourself. These are 2 different options that are offered on our website and we have to go by what the customer has ordered. I am very sorry for the confusion. I
I did check with the Ray Ban manufacturer to see if there were any replacement lenses offered for your Ray Ban 3696 frame and unfortunately there are no polarized lens options available for this frame any more as the Ray Ban manufacturer has discontinued this frame. So the only available option to have new lenses made for your frame is the option you choose which is for High quality ( the same lens blanks that are used for prescription lenses) Ophthalmic non-prescprtion polarized lenses blanks that have to be made custom made and fit into your frame. Again I am very sorry for the confusion please do not hesitate to email me with any additional quesitons that you may have at info@replacementlensexpress.com
