Works as described, fast shipping

Great product

Shipping was fine for my first order but the issue is I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone. Left numerous voicemails and sent emails and text messages and Nothing has been done. I bought 3 screens and only one worked. I first requested an exchange but still never heard nothing back. I lost business cause I couldn’t use none of the other two screens and I could give my customer an estimate of receiving an replacement

IPHONE 14 PRO MAX PREMIUM SOFT OLED AND DIGITIZER GLASS SCREEN REPLACEMENT, is the product that I had ordered from RepairPartsUSA.com, I highly recommend not to buy this product or possibly any other product on their website. The reason why I am writing this is because of the quality from the screen replacement that caused so many issues once installed onto my iPhone 14 Pro Max that made it extremely frustrating since the digitizer did not work and the screen would go black from time to time. I took all the necessary steps, careful disassembly and correct installation. It turned on and looked great once done with the install but about 2 weeks later the screen started to show weird activity of going black and not turning on, to stuttering/ghost input from the digitizer going bad. It would select or click/open apps and numbers on it's down without me touching my screen. I actually got locked out of my phone multiple times due to the digitizer malfunctioning and hitting my unlock with code security feature for opening up my phone. I had to wait 4 hours one to time to unlock my phone when it did that malfunction, iPhone has a built in feature to prevent those trying to access your phone when multiple incorrect security codes are inputed. I tried to contact RepairPartsUSA's customer service support by submitting a claim but they did not respond back to me at all. Other reviewers have said that their customer service is not at all helpful or great on follow ups for problems/issues. So again to save your money I highly recommend to NOT BUY FROM REPAIRPARTSUSA.COM.

I have ordered parts from this place for years. Recent order arrived broken. I believe in problems happened during shipping. I paid for 2 day ups shipping and got 9 day usps. I have not been able to reach customer service through any provided way. I ordered a replacement. It arrived great. Still no customer service.

Screen itself was good but the adhesive provided was less than great. Adhesive will hold but it requires some extra attention to detail.

344777R The service I received from this business was horrible I never received my part I was never able to get ahold of somebody to get my part I spent $60 on a replacement screen for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the customer service was horrible I still am out the money without a part to replace it no one has called me emailed me or texted me and I reached out several times over and over and over without a response horrible horrible horrible customer service I would not shop here again ever or recommend

I got a double ended spudger and the screw driver kit and the cutter for the adhesive and it works wonderfully I would definitely recommend to anybody who works on phones/small electronics the tools work wonderfully and the screw drivers are magnetic

I received the item 12 days after placing the order, which is far beyond an acceptable timeframe. The phone screen I received is extremely poor quality—honestly, it looks like it’s made with last-century technology.

What’s worse, I’ve been trying for a full week to reach customer support and have had no luck by phone or email. I’m posting this to warn potential buyers about the consequences you may face: long delays, low-quality parts, and no reliable way to get help if something goes wrong.
