Selling Malfunctioning batteries

Due to battery problem on my Galaxy S9+, I ordered a new battery on 10.14.2019. I replaced the battery into my smartphone on November becuase their battery exchanging kit/Suction Cup didn't work and even they didn't send me a tutorial video explaining how to fix so I was strunggling and after I broke the back cover. On January 27, the battery totally malfuctioned and it turn on and off by itself from a little touch or shaking. I contacted the customer service but they just said about warranty policy and they couldn't refund or exchange anything due to period of warranty. Don't buy anything from here and its better to buy a exchaning kit and bettery from Amazon!!!
