BEWARE! WONDERSHARE REPAIR IT - NO SERVICE, NO REFUND
Spent $207 on Repairit to desperately repair a Ppt document that I had been working on for days. Downloaded and it said it was fixed. Great. Except it would not save the fixed file. I tried for hours. Tried contacting the awful bot only contact details, followed instructions and ultimately asked for a refund. I've used 3 different contact points and yes the refund met the criteria - I asked for the refund within 24 hours (need to do it within 7 days). Nothing. No contact. And it's been 2 weeks. Can't help but wonder about any company hiding behind bots with no human contact option whatsoever. I had used Wondershare products before, but a few years ago. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. now. Do not waste your money.!!

Corrupted Video.
Other programs struggled to repair my corrupted video files. Using the advanced repair feature the result was excellent. One file out of 35 was unrecoverable. Very happy with the results.
