The crew that came to our house in New Hampshire was excellent. From start to finish it was clear that this team knew what they were doing. Wilbur, our team leader, communicated clearly and took time to make sure he understood our preferences. There were some very specific details I asked him to take care of; Wilbur relayed the message and everyone worked to add the specific finishing touches I requested. I was honestly blown away by how much attention to detail the crew gave to our project. It looks amazing. We are extremely satisfied and very happy to say IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

We had our concrete around our pool done with RenuKrete 4 years ago and we have loved the way our pool area looks now. The staff and crew were very polite and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hired them to come back this past Spring and give us a refresh and they did a wonderful job again. Highly recommend!!!

Final work product exceeded my expectations. The crew was very efficient, clean and respectful of parts of the property that could have been impacted with the work. The supervisor was outstanding and offered several helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

The exprience is so pleasnt from start to finish. The support gives you back very quick responses and has answers to all your questions. I was looking to have my deck replenished.They put the original deck in 2021. I asked for the soonest date and they made the appointment for within 10 days. The 2 men that came out to perform the work, called to let me know they were on the way. I texted him back as I missed the call and he responded quickly. WHen I went to my house, there was a little bit of a language barrier, but this great guy called his supervisor who spoke to me and him and the language barrier was gone through the efforts of everyone. I went to work but came back to make sure the men were ok because it was a very hot day. I made sure to give them access to my open garage with plenty of water in the fridge. They were so appreciative. When I got home, they had just left, about 530. They put in a long hot day to make sure the job was not only done, but done to perfection. They were so neat. They wrapped up my hose and the job was AMAZING. My deck looks brand new like it did when they first installed it. I can't tell you enough how thrilled I am with the work, results and easy working with group at RenuKrete. I thought the price for the renewal was a very good and fair price. I can't recommend them enough. Any work you want done that they have listed on the website, please do yourself a favor and reach out to them. You won't be disappointed.

Lots of noise and dust, but the results are worth it. My backyard looks really nice now, let's hope it will hold for lots of years.

Workers were wonderful. Product seems great. All looks good. The only problem is the power washing water got into the pool and I’m having quite a problem clearing it up-couldn’t be avoided.

Process was easier, faster, and less costly vs pavers. Finished product looks really good. Crew was easy to deal with and I had no worries having them working on my property with me not home.
There are a few areas where spaces now exist between bricks/edge and concrete and I will need to fill those gaps or they will crack after next winter. That should have been done during the job.

We had our pool deck resurfaced by Renukrete last October. My wife and I were pleased with the result. However shortly after the men left I noticed that 3 pool cover anchors were damaged by their equipment. I immediately notified our project manager. She advised me to contact customer support which I did. Once the job is complete and paid for, the only way to communicate is via email. It's imposssible to talk to anyone and nobody returns phone calls. After several attempts to contact customer support with no results our progect manager emailed me and stated the office is closed for the winter and I'll hear from someone in March. In the mean time my pool company replaced the three damaged pool cover anchors at a reasonable cost of $167.89 which I expected Renukrete to reimburse for.
In March no one contacted me, phone calls were not returned, and after several attempts to contact customer service they informed that because I signed off on the project they would not reimburse me the $167.89, but would send me 3 pool anchors which I no longer needed.
It's dissappointing that after paying Renukrete over $20,000 they fail to take responsibility for minor damage they caused.
The workmanship was good, customer service and relations leaves a lot to be desired for. Very poor customer service.

From the initial conversation to the finished product your company was spot on, A+…..The workers that came to my home were punctual and very respectful of my property! I love the look and the beautiful transformation of all my walkways, especially the pool deck! After only 1 week, I’ve already referred a friend to you!

From the initial consultation through the completion of the project we couldn't have been more pleased.
What was great was that we had a vision of what we wanted. The finished product was better than we anticipated.
This was done in early spring but when all our plants grow in I will post photos.
Great company to work with and the gentleman that worked on the deck were seriously fantastic.
I could not be happier with the outcome.
