A lot of useful notifications

One improvement can be suggestions on how to add filters in the email inbox or add tags in the email that you are sending directly.
For example set a filter that the email body contains (bedrooms: 2)

Have used RentSlam twice now - 2022 and 2024. Although nothing makes renting actually "easy" in today's NL market, RentSlam definitely improves your chances. It has been hard to find housing, I have been searching for months, and having a safe platform to rely on while searching for housing was actually very nice. You never know how to approach or look for a house, you never know where to start from (even if you have done it before), but having a platform that sent you every advertisement and that helped you put throughout the process was nice!

A Great Tool for Finding Apartments Fast!

I recently used Rentslam to help me find an apartment, and I’m genuinely impressed! After paying for the €29 premium service, I was able to find my new place within just two weeks.

What stood out the most for me were the WhatsApp notifications. It's easy to miss emails when you're busy, but getting real-time updates on WhatsApp meant I could jump on opportunities quickly and never miss a listing. This feature made the whole apartment hunting process so much easier!

The service scrapes rental properties from all over the internet and brings them into one place, which saves tons of time you'd otherwise spend browsing multiple sites. I found the platform to be very efficient, and it really helped speed up my search.

most of the websites cost money to reply or request for a viewing.. also some sites weren't even legitimate . very disappointed and regret losing my money with rentslam...

The fact that you receive a notification/email when a property is made available on the market (from any property management site) makes it easier to apply for those properties. You therefore have better choice and thus better chance of getting what you were looking for.
