That's a scum.

That's a scum.

They charge you with unexpected 40$ payment after some time i already forget about it and do not using it.
Added some hidden condition in terms&conditions which you are not aware of when creating 1$ account.

And now they act like they don't understand what is wrong. Just a scummers.

Subscription is not possible to cancel, they continue to invoicing you.

That's just unacceptable.

It's a scam. Many houses are incorrectly addressed to show up on oyur filters. Charge 1€ for a contact number. Automatically goes to a subscription of 39€ ( it's written in small print for you don't notice)

I had an issue with an unexpected subscription charge from Rentola, which I didn’t realize was active after the trial period ended. As a student, the €40 fee was quite significant, especially since I barely used the service.

I contacted customer support and was assisted by Abhinav, who handled my case professionally and with understanding. Even though the invoice was initially unpaid and subject to recovery, Abhinav made an exception and cancelled it for me.

I really appreciate Abhinav’s help and the quick, fair resolution he provided. It turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Late Replies, Misleading Charges

I signed up for a free trial on Rentola, but when the trial ended I was automatically charged €39 without any confirmation, even though I paid with Apple Pay. The fact that the trial converts into a subscription is not clearly highlighted during the sign-up process and can easily be missed.

During the trial I did not receive any useful responses from property owners, so the service was not helpful for me. I also submitted a refund inquiry and initially received no response.

However, after following up and leaving a review, the support team eventually got in touch and processed a full refund, which I have now received. I appreciate that the issue was resolved, but the overall experience could be improved in terms of transparency and response time.

Misleading Trial and Difficult to Remove Payment Details

I had a very bad experience with Rentola.

The subscription model feels very fishy. I initially paid RM5 for what looked like a trial, but there was no clear reminder or notification before they charged RM190 automatically for a subscription. This kind of billing practice is misleading.

Another major issue is that the website does not allow users to remove their stored credit card information. You can only edit the card details, but there is no option to delete the payment method completely. This makes the platform feel unsafe and gives users very little control over their own billing information.

Overall, the website seems designed in a way that makes things difficult for users rather than transparent and user-friendly. I would strongly advise others to read the terms carefully before signing up.

I had an issue with a subscription renewal that I wasn’t expecting, but the team at Rentola responded quickly and professionally. Cristiana personally reviewed my case, explained everything clearly, and arranged a full refund as a goodwill gesture even though I hadn’t used the service after renewal.
Their customer support was excellent, understanding, fair, and resolved the matter promptly. I’m happy with how it was handled and would recommend them to others.

Have taken hundreds of pounds from me

Although apparently I have a free subscription they have taken £35 out of my account for months and do not respond to my emails or my calls. I have currently lost hundreds of pounds to this scam and there seems to be nothing I can do to stop it! If anyone has any advice I would be very grateful

Please be aware that Rentola has 3 sister companies so you can be conned into subscribing and trying to unsubscribe to 3 different websites

When I saw the massive amount come off my account, I knew I had canceled only to receive this email.....shocking!!!!!

Your account on findallrentals.co.za is still active and has now been cancelled. You can still use its premium features till the end of the current billing cycle on 13 March 2026.
rentola.com, findallrentals.com, and findallrentals.co.za are sister sites that target different markets and have different subscriptions. We also have other sister sites, such as rentola.no, rentola.fi, rentola.de, and others.
I can confirm you have no pending subscriptions and you'll not be charged going forward.
We understand your concern regarding the premium charge for the subscription. When you signed up, you agreed to an ongoing subscription, which is why it was automatically renewed at the end of your trial period. This information was provided to you during registration and in the subscription confirmation email.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellations must be made before the renewal date. Since your cancellation request was made after the renewal date and time, we are unable to offer a refund"

If I could give minus stars I would. All I wanted to do is verify the understated pricing for rental. I made sure I canceled, what i thought to be only one website "Rentola" and cancelled within the stated time. They have no only conned me but lost a potential client. Please use familiar Estate Agents websites as they are free and without risk 🙏

I will be using more social media platforms to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else!

It's a scam

It's a scam. Scammers.

They charged me 5RM which was small, so I paid. They saved my card details...all the listings were fake...all fake agents, none of them responded...after few days suddenly out of the blue attempted to charge 190RM.. Thankfully I had security switched on, so it was not debited. But I couldn't figure out how to delete my card details, I tried many times to delete, it wasn't deleting. Changing my card was the only option left.

Wow they stole our money! EDIT: payed back

EDIT: They did refund the money-but be careful with them anyways, I suggest you use a single-disposable virtual card if you need the service.

Wow. We paid 1 euro fee, cancelled the subscription in time and they still took 40 euros! Thieves! Be careful!
We only discovered today, because NO EMAIL arrived about the second payment!
