Updated Review
I posted this review yesterday and after thinking about it throughout the night there isn't anything that I would change about the content but I do want to add something.
"This company is extremely difficult to work with. The whole experience has been negative. If there is ever a problem, they won't simply pick up the phone and give you a verbal heads-up, they go all out with a very "NOT SO FRIENDLY" email. The most unfriendly company that I have ever tried to work with. If you want to rent from a company that will work with you, DO NOT RENT FROM ROC."
After MY post yesterday, ROC chose to call another one of the lease holders (there are 3 of us) to ask me to take down the post instead of contacting me directly. (I wouldn't have taken down the post, I told the truth) One other time, I called requesting an address verification form for my grandson's school. The not so friendly lady on the phone said "We already have one ready" and then told me "but you can't pick it up". My name is included on the lease. There is no justification for their lack of communication to all three lease holders. Especially since they made all three tenants complete a form to have our credit checked and made all three sign the lease. It feels like I am being discriminated against, but for what, Age? Gender? or is it just simple disrespect?
Anyway, please allow me to reiterate, "If you want to rent from a company that will work with you & respect you as a person, DO NOT RENT FROM ROC."
