Renthia is a great site for finding good accommodation very simply. I highly recommend it, especially if you come from abroad.
The support is very responsive and answers any questions you may have.

Finding a place to rent was quick and easy.

I asked a question about the maximum tenant in one apartment. She answers me completely.

The worst agency ever.
I used Renthia for my Stay in Lund, Sweden during my studies and it was a bad decision.
Expensive and inefficient.
Fire alarms go on all the time and help doesn't come for like two hours.
Too many fees that are not reasonable (Management fee plus cleaning fee)
Also didn't return my complete deposit. They will find ways to take as much from you as possible without providing good ground for doing so.

Do not use Renthia because you'll regret it

So far so good, applied and got response in the same week. have not yet enter appartment, but signed the contract and everything went smoothly.

The conversation was good, but the person that attended me couldn't provide the information I asked.
However, she informed the people that should know to contact me ASAP.
Hopefully it works out.

It was the worst experience ever. They canceled two days before the move ind day. And we already signed a contract.

If possible, I'd give this site no star at all. The website is pretty user-friendly, but the whole application process is shady and messy. You can easily find yourself applying for properties that, despite being listed on their platform, are not really available (as per their own email reply to some of my questions). Moreover, even though they expect (reasonably so) a lot of transparency on your end, as a potential tenant, in the form of info about your ID/pay slip etc., do NOT expect the same on their end as they will freely remove your applications for a property without even bothering with explaining to you what may have happened (e.g. the property is no longer available, or the landlord has found a better fit etc.). I'd seriously avoid this platform if I were you.

The person in charge was polite and professional. He answered every question patiently and quickly.

I‘m very satisfied with my experience with Renthia. I mived to Stockholm for six months for an internship and it was proving difficult to find any living situation so I decided to give Renthia a go and I had a contract within a few days.
I lived in one of the big business apartment complexes in Solna and the apartment was exactly as pictured when I arrived and super clean.
The landlord or rather managing company was always quick to reply when I had a problem (e.g. changing check out day, some Wifi trouble in the beginning) and my issues were always resolved quickly and professionally so I never needed Renthia as a mediator.

The check out process was also very easy! Getting the deposit back took about 3 weeks - which is reasonable since the landlord has 10 days so issue any complaints if there are any plus international transfers take a bit of time.
There was a cleaning fee deductef which was prior mentioned in the contract, so no issue there.

Only downside I can think of is that it is ofcourse overall quite pricey and when you get the deposit back the currency exchange fee will be deducted from your deposit. Not a dealbreaker but something to keep in mind!

Overall though super super satisfied.
