Renthero functions as an aggregator, collecting property listings from multiple external sources. While we conduct our own quality checks, we cannot always guarantee that every listing is perfectly accurate, especially if details are changed or removed by the original source. This is exactly why user reports are so important to us. Listings that appear misleading, non-existent, or outdated should be reported directly through the platform, so our team can investigate and take appropriate action, including correction or removal where necessary.
We also aim to make the subscription process transparent, and access to premium features is always connected to an active subscription created during registration. If anything was unclear in your case, we would very much like the opportunity to review it and provide clarification.
