DK Rentals was hired to take care of my renters in MY property. They make money on your tenants. Please be careful with this company. They think they can keep my renters deposits, but the real estate commission has been alerted.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, good communication, very successful outcome! Denmark has laws and landlords should oblige to them. Don't be afraid to take this step.

Rent guide provided full support during my case . It took around four months for the process to finish which was less then what I expected. During that, I always got quick replies and full transparency from the lawyer who even showed up at the meeting I had with the Housing company.

Why is it not 5 stars: the money back estimation was very unrealistic to me. Rent guide website provides a range, after inputing location, size, renovated or not and some more items. Considering what I got back at the end of the process, it was around 1/3 of the lowest given range value. In some way I felt cheated by that. As a recommendation , I would simply ask to have that to be more realistic, as people create expectation which may lead to frustrations.

Rent Guide is an excellent service! They were able to settle my case for several months without me having to do anything other than writing a few messages. The communication was very fluid and I got a perfect explanation for every question I had.
I was reluctant at first to open a case like that against my landlord, but I took the chance and thanks to Rent Guide everything worked out perfectly! I highly recommend.

Its great to get money which you never though of receiving, so the fee they take its very fair. Great and fluent communication, helped with many concerns and received great support. Already recommended to friends in need and will recommend further!

The description of the services seemed too good to be true, but almost one month to the day we first inquired, our case is settled, we have a large refund in the bank, and cheaper rent for the remainder of our lease. We are super grateful for this service.

I was really satisfied with the service provided by Rent Guide. From the beginning on of the persons, Maja, was interacting with me and keeping me updated regarding my case.

I'm an expat and, as it happens to many of us, I was paying for an overpriced apartment for quite some time, but I didn't know who to turn to for help.
