COUNTER STAFF OF AVIS AT ROME AIRPORT HAVE A TERRIBLE WAT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, I HAD ALL THE INSURANCES I ALWAYS REQUEST, AND THEY SAID THAT NO INSURANCE ON THEIR SIDE WAS REFLECTED AND DENIED MY RENT IN CASE I DIDNT ACCEPT THEIR FULL COVER, THEY EVEN CHARGE ME THE GAS TANK WITHOUT REQUESTING IT!

It was not possible to get the car in…
It was not possible to get the car in Malaga Airport because Hertz is inside the unboarding area, and I got at Malaga by Train. Rentcars has no support channel to contact the Hertz or even to explain the situation and solve the problem. I have video of Hertz located at the parking lot closed, all others companies open and available to get keys, but Hertz in on unboarding area.

Easy to book and good deal / doble check your times
Easy to book and good deal although the system modified time of pickup (I assume taking on count different hour zones) and resulted in paying more for picking early our car. Pay attention for that.
I received a assurance quality follow up and they told me the issue was in my side. It made me doubt but just in case be sure of doble check the time of pickup and drop-off. The rest of the service works like a charm.
