Terrible Smell, Terrible Customer Service
The smell of this serum is RANK. Nowhere on the website do their reviews mention this—they're all 5-stars, which in the U.S. is illegal for a business to not disclose all review ratings, as this is misleading to the consumer in their buying decision.
I initiated a return in the first week the product was delivered to me. The reply was slow, but they did reply, requesting return details, which I provided the same day I got the email. Within it, this was stated: "As soon as we receive your confirmation, we’ll provide the next steps right away." What a joke.
It's been about a month now since my reply, and I have followed up with them once a week since then. It seems I have been ghosted. I'm looking into reporting them through ICPEN. Renovia says hassle-free returns, money back guaranteed in 30 days, but that is contrary to the advertising on their website and in marketing emails.
