EXCELLENT service from ordering to the delivery.

The shoes are good value service good !the reason for 4 stars it seems nobody looked before posting!I didn't want sent back,the Velcro needed sticking but I should be able to so localy

Renna clothing had what I was looking for at reasonable prices, prompt delivery and they do wider fitting shoes and boots

Quite quick and efficient with product as described.

The ordering of the boots was easy but the delivery of them took 7 days with evri on the ordering day saying that they were waiting fot the boots. This status was not updated until the 6th day perhaps prompted by me requesting timescales from Renna. I suspect the proble was with Evri. The boots themselves seem good quality and true to size. I did not need thick socks.

Excellent quality - first class transaction

The boots I ordered are lovely but not suitable for my partner who is disabled, I have requested a return for nearly a week now with no reply, tried chat , nothing, online no reply and another email today.

Excellent choice, best prices, very pleased with my latest purchase, thank you.

Easy to see what you are buying, simple website to order from, no complicated instructions for you to follow.

Bought shoes online, Renna processed the order and confirmed shoes shipped 28th Dec. EVRI the courier app notified me they were expecting my order on the 28th Dec.
Their app still tells me " We're expecting it - Renna Ltd.
Contacted Renna on the contact us email to enquire where is my order, only to receive a notification of email delay and 47 attempts to send email.
So started a live chat, provided my order number and query about my order and received the following...
"Hi there, We will look into this for you"
50+ Hours later ..... not a single response...
Rubbish customer service, interaction, practically zero communication.
My recommendation to anyone is keep scrolling don't shop with Renna....

Ordered a pair of Chelsea boots which have arrived. Really nice boots and great sizing. Only given 4 stars due to length of time it took for boots to arrive which is probably due to Evri.
