Never ever book with this scam company

I experienced a bizarre situation where I bought a ticket for the Lisbon-bound bus in Braga, Portugal, but it never arrived. Despite searching all 23 lines at the bus stop, I couldn't find the designated bus. The ticket counter informed me that the bus had already departed, yet they refused to issue another ticket. When I contacted the call center, they assured me of a free replacement ticket, but the counter demanded an extra 20 euros. It's truly frustrating and bewildering. My ticket number is 5100639405. Today bad situation with in renex bus…

Today bad situation with in renex bus service.driver break 10 minutes on motorway and go toilet and take a coffee and come back bus go away Lisbon side .and Lisbon 60km .i called help center and they are not respond give me so i take a texi for Lisbon and I pay 50 euro now need my money back from renex bus service

Extremely disrespectful treatment

I got the most disrespectful, humiliating treatment I've ever received from this company. I booked a trip for my boyfriend to go from Lisbon to Faro on the 17th of August.

He needed to fly back to another country to keep working (he was working the following day already). The bus was supposed to leave at 15:30/ 3:30 PM and arrive at 19:30/ 7:30 PM. After getting there, a completely unknown city for him, he had important things to do, and a flight to take at the airport.

The bus, although leaving in time, arrived at around 20:40/ 8:40 PM. That's over an hour delay, when he got there, it was already dark, many places were closed, and all his compromises had to be rescheduled.

I raised a complaint over this, and the response I got from Carina was just some ramble in which she basically said she was sorry, but since they aren't legally obliged to compensate anyone unless they're late for 90 minutes, they won't. She also hoped we continue using her company.

I replied to her and asked her to explain what keeping 7€, which would make a huge difference for us, from two loyal clients would help her or her company, and she never responded. I raised a new complaint, to which I also got no response.

So this multimillionaire company won't compensate their users after being late for over an hour, because there's this law that doesn't mandate them to. That's all, they won't have the decency to help otherwise. They're greedy and petty enough to get your money and not compensate you after porividing awful service.

Be careful if you book on advance

We took a bus between Porto and Lisbon and get to the office within the courtesy time (1 hour as we has been told). The agent on shift asked us for some code instead informing us that we could get the bus straight away within these time. After this time we took a new ticket and were kinly informed that we could take another bus within 1 hour. I would like to claim the first ticket as per lack of information

Its one of the worst bus service and people should aviod it

Its one of the worst bus service and there staff are also rude . forget about customer service, they are just like fraud company. Now regarding my experiance , we were 9 people . i booked ticket just 30 minutes before the bus departure . Mistakenly i booked the wrong route, like i should have booked lisbon to braga, instead i booked braga to lisbon. i called the customer service to change that said you can cancel or amend only before 3 hours of departure. How come i was allowed than to book the tickets before 30 minutes of departure. i just want to change the route and whole bus was empty . They let the bus go empty but didnt allwo us to board the bus and neither change our tickets. Later on i was forced to buy another 9 tickets. i kept sending them emails and calls, they were very rude and didnot refund the tickets .
