Extremely disrespectful treatment
I got the most disrespectful, humiliating treatment I've ever received from this company. I booked a trip for my boyfriend to go from Lisbon to Faro on the 17th of August.
He needed to fly back to another country to keep working (he was working the following day already). The bus was supposed to leave at 15:30/ 3:30 PM and arrive at 19:30/ 7:30 PM. After getting there, a completely unknown city for him, he had important things to do, and a flight to take at the airport.
The bus, although leaving in time, arrived at around 20:40/ 8:40 PM. That's over an hour delay, when he got there, it was already dark, many places were closed, and all his compromises had to be rescheduled.
I raised a complaint over this, and the response I got from Carina was just some ramble in which she basically said she was sorry, but since they aren't legally obliged to compensate anyone unless they're late for 90 minutes, they won't. She also hoped we continue using her company.
I replied to her and asked her to explain what keeping 7€, which would make a huge difference for us, from two loyal clients would help her or her company, and she never responded. I raised a new complaint, to which I also got no response.
So this multimillionaire company won't compensate their users after being late for over an hour, because there's this law that doesn't mandate them to. That's all, they won't have the decency to help otherwise. They're greedy and petty enough to get your money and not compensate you after porividing awful service.
