Unreliable

We booked a tour with this company, airfares not included. Three weeks later, they cancelled the tour as there was ‘not enough interest’ and said that this was not uncommon. Yes, they refunded the money we had paid them and insurance covered most of the airfares, but we were out of pocket the cost of the insurance.
It’s a boutique tour group. We had toured with them before and enjoyed it (hence two stars not one) but would never risk travelling with them again.
