Their website claims they handle…

Their website claims they handle anti-piracy issues and supposedly offer 10 free tickets for processing.

In reality, if you don't pay, they refuse to process your requests under various pretexts. They rejected our first complaint (submitted via the "amk_antipiracy" profile) because the email linked to the account didn't match the domain on whose behalf the complaint was filed; I explained that we weren't receiving emails at our primary domain. They asked me to write from our main corporate email address or to re-register. I did write from my main corporate email, but instead of a reply, I’ve been ignored for a week now. I submitted a second complaint, but that was rejected too—allegedly because the data didn't match official records, even though the information was entered officially and matches my passport.

I’ve emailed their support team several times, but there is simply no response.
Perhaps the site administrators are refusing to cooperate with me due to my nationality or because I haven't paid, but regardless, I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

And I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to delete this review by abusing their status as a "Trusted Flagger" under the DSA, thereby proving me right.

UPD: The site administration answered me that the request was allegedly fraudulent, because our site was allegedly blocked by US authorities.

Moreover, if you look carefully at the bottom of the site, it says that this is a joke for the duration of the maintenance work.

And my email is listed as confirmation.

I indicated that I could re-register my account if the site authors added Microsoft account login support, but in response to my objections the owners began to block my messages due to alleged "TOS violation"

I would have understood if the site administration would have contacted me personally to talk by email and resolve the issue, but instead they decided to purposefully ignore me and avoid contact, and to censor my complaints on the site.
