Warning to Other Business Owners
Warning to Other Business Owners – Remote Plumbing Profits.
I paid $10,000 to Remote Plumbing Profits for what was advertised as legitimate business training to help grow my plumbing company. Unfortunately, the program turned out to be completely misleading and encouraged practices that violate Google Business Profile guidelines—including deceptive address and verification tactics.
After following their methods, my Google business account was suspended, which directly hurt my business reputation and caused financial losses. When I brought this up, the owner dismissed my concerns, saying Google’s rules are “just guidelines,” even though following them got my business penalized.
When I requested a refund, the company refused to take responsibility. My credit card company declined my dispute because of a contract I signed, but that doesn’t excuse unethical or deceptive practices.
In my opinion, Remote Plumbing Profits teaches risky, noncompliant strategies that can cause real damage to small business owners. If you’re looking for legitimate consulting or marketing training, look elsewhere. This experience was a costly mistake and a serious warning for anyone considering their services.
