Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. It takes them an unbelievable month or more to reply—when they even bother.
I canceled my account by disabling auto-renewal, but they still had the audacity to charge me for another year. When I reached out to their so-called “customer service,” they claimed I never canceled and should have received an email confirmation. I told them I disabled auto-renewal, but of course, they have no records of that—how convenient for them.
This nightmare has been dragging on since May 2024. It’s now October, and guess what? Still not resolved. In that time, I’ve disabled auto-renewal three separate times, only to find that every time I check, they’ve re-enabled it. This company is nothing but a scam, blatantly ripping off customers and lying about their practices.
This company should be shut down for these predatory tactics. Avoid them at all costs if you don’t want to be trapped in this endless cycle of fraud.

Prepaid and signed up for 2 years of their service and when downloaded their portal the account was instantly suspended and personal information and list of other computers associated with that computer was provided in a screen shot, very unprofessional, not very safe for clients computer information. Now waiting to see if they are refunding the money or if its a dispute to the credit card company.

A terrible experience, but I believe it matches the price they charge. The RemotePC attended mode works only when it feels like it; sometimes the client has to open and close it several times to get it to work (which is very uncomfortable for the person accessing it as it shows we don't use good tools). It doesn't work on Windows 7, the RemotePC Host doesn't update automatically, you have to update it manually on the website, and it seems I'm not the only one with these issues. However, the support team implies that the problem is with your machine or the client's, and they simply do not improve this aspect. These are problems I have never had with competitors.

I have had this software for almost 1 year and use it very irregularly on a personal level (Less than 10 times a year) to connect my Home PC to a work laptop. I thought I had bought the software outright for $80, which is steep for something similar to a free app that comes with Windows (Remote Desktop) but it was slightly easier to use. I have just received notification however that it will be charged AGAIN this year at $100!!! This is not high quality, tool dense software like Photoshop, or a AAA rated console game, it's a remote connection software that is slightly easier to use that Microsoft Remote Desktop. It is definitely not high enough in quality or complexity to warrant "software as a service" pricing. Especially with a 20% increase in 1 year!! This is nothing but a cash grab and is absolute theft. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!
Edit: No, I won’t email you about these “issues” because they are not issues, they are your scummy business practices of trying to rip off your customers. Your practices and ethics are a disgrace.

We’ve had a ticket open since May of 2023 regarding automatic updates not occurring. Whenever we have an issue, the team loves to tell us that our version is not the latest so that they can push off issues. Their software still does not automatically update, it’s been over 8 months and multiple check-ins on the same, and they apparently quietly close tickets without responding. I’ve asked to speak with a manager at least 3 times over the course of 8 months and no one has reached out. I really doubt they would be helpful, but I would really appreciate basic service regarding a basic issue sooner than 8-9 months and ongoing.

Guy this is a common issues in this type of softwares! All software for remote desktop has
problems, what You have to see is the security, and if the ui in errors case is stuck and
You have to kill a process or this software with "CTRL+ALT+CANC".
Step 1 security: You keep in mind this, the first and dangerous malware of Your PC is... YOU
for first, in the beginning You have create a complex password? second, Have You activated
a unattended control? if Yes have You create a complex password?
have You activated a 2fa?
Step 2 connections: I've installed this software in this time on 10 Pc's in lan and over
internet, with gigabit connection and simple adsl on various type of hardware, good 8 of 10
then on these 2 I've analyzed the problems, on the first ( intermittent connection lan mode )
the cause is the processor Too old, intel pentium dual core! On the second, the cause is the
card lan (is old).
Conclusion: if my first test had started with these last two PCs, what would have been my
opinion on this software?
The advantages is best of the (little) bugs, with it You can see who is online, connect instantly,
build a shortcut on desktop for every Pc's, copy and paste for files and text, and much more,
exist a try for fifteen days, exist a exhaustive online control panel with all Your need, in this
You can see activity logs and manage completely You account, payment change email, account modify,
cancellation etc.
I had a lot of problems with ALL remote desktop software, but with this in this time nothing
for renounce it!

Ragazzi, questo è un problema comune in questo tipo di software! Tutti i software per desktop remoto hanno
problemi, quello che devi vedere è la sicurezza e se l'interfaccia utente in caso di errori è bloccata e
devi terminare un processo o questo software con "CTRL+ALT+CANC".
Passaggio 1 sicurezza: tieni presente questo, il primo e pericoloso malware del tuo PC sei... TU
per prima cosa, all'inizio hai creato una password complessa? secondo, hai attivato

Passaggio 2 connessioni: ho installato questo software in questo periodo su 10 PC in lan e su

poi su questi 2 ho analizzato i problemi, sul primo (modalità lan connessione intermittente)
la causa è il processore Troppo vecchio, Intel Pentium dual core! Nel secondo, la causa è il

Conclusione: se il mio primo test fosse iniziato con questi ultimi due PC, quale sarebbe stata la mia
opinione su questo software?
Il vantaggio è migliore dei (piccoli) bug, con esso puoi vedere chi è online, connetterti istantaneamente,
creare un collegamento sul desktop per ogni PC, copia e incolla per file e testo e molto altro,
esiste una prova per quindici giorni, esiste un pannello di controllo online esaustivo con tutte le tue necessità, in questo
puoi visualizzare i registri delle attività e gestire completamente il tuo account, l'e-mail modifica del pagamento, la modifica dell'account,
cancellazione ecc.
Ho avuto molti problemi con TUTTI i software di desktop remoto, ma con questo in questo momento niente
per rinunciarvi!

I have been working with RemotePC Support for 2 months!!! They have me uninstall and reinstall the software, and then it works, until you end the session. I finally after 6 calls got them to agree to let me speak to someone at a higher level. I had to schedule 5 days out, and then they sent me a dead link. I called in and they gave me the same song and dance, "Please reinstall the software!!" They have the worst support in the industry

I have been using RemotePC since June 2022. I have used other remote products, but RemotePC has topped them all. It's easy to use once you have done the initial set up. It's almost a set it and forget it.
This site is a scam, it is impossible to talk to someone without paying, and they refuse to issue an invoice for payments made!!!
I already send email to support the answear is that i have to upgrade to another product to have a invoice.
Already chatted several times with Remote Pc support always the same answear trying to contact the sales and billing department and never can...
Below every body can see their answear, one year and the answear is this, spend more money with us if you want a invoice...

RemotePC has been instrumental in letting me remotely access computers on demand. The connection has been better than other competitors and works great even on a smartphone. Highly recommend!
Remote PC was the perfect solution for my need to remote access a PC. It's very user friendly and does EXACTLY what I need it to do! The customer service reps are knowledgeable and polite as well. I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Incredibly easy and low latency Remote Desktop solution.
I'm a freelance video editor and often need access to my main editing rig when I'm out of the studio. RemotePC allows me the ability to not only to remotely access the machine to set exports as well adjust grades with little to know artefacts on preview - when paired with a low latency p2p audio client such as Sonobus (The audio feature built-in to RemotePC was too laggy) I can even do comps and animations almost real time.
Along with the audio latency seen on the app (though easily remedied with third party software as stated above) my main gripe is the minimal keyboard and mouse support for the iPad app. Having to use the on-screen controls suffices and isn't too big of an issue, but full keyboard and mouse support in the future would be incredible.
I communicate over RemotePC with my 2-screen computer at home. It's great the way RPC let's me switch up and back between the 2 screens. Also, it's almost like being at the home machine. I don't know what I'd do without it.
I mostly use another product for remote support but have recently added RemotePC to my toolbox as it meshes in well where my primary software is lacking. It gives me the flexibility to work without requiring client input. Works well although it can be a little funky to configure initially. Overall, it's a good product and a good value.

Setting up the remote machine was quite easy to do.
Recently purchased. The Remote PC portion was pretty easy to set up, although a bit confusing. When you invite someone to connect/add their computer to the account, they create a 'sub' account of their own. For the Remote Desktop, we haven't been able to get it to connect to the computer because it says there is a wrong password (we literally tried every password we've used). Once we figure out Remote Desktop, I think this product will be helpful for our small business. I also intend to add my parent's computers to our account so I can assist them when they call me for tech support.
