Reem, solved a really big challenge for me, and she was so sweet, empathetic and kind. She was with me throughout the process, and when I told her that I am a little scared of the process, she offered to stay and help in every step. The responses were also prompt, and it felt so safe that just because of Reem, Remotepass has become the most convenient portal for me. Thanks a lot Reem, your help means a lot to me!

Great support - 2 issues fixed first time
Once I figured out that my pop-up blocker was stopping me from finding the online live support chat, it was all excellent service from there on.
I had two separate challenges which were sorted out by the next day or so. So far its been a good experience with RemotePass.
