I am disappointed by the fact that…
I am disappointed by the fact that their sizing chart is quite confusing lately. Most items that have their labels showcased on the images provided have nothing to do with the sizes that Remix "chooses". I felt tricked multiple times already. I am size XS-S in most brands that I rely on, but all I've been receiving lately has been pure M, most of which is much much bigger than I expected it to be. And their return policies are absolutely ridiculous that you don't even want to try to return the piece of clothing...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Using Remix was ok and good in the past, but now most used products are more expensive than buying brand new items online. Their discount codes work only for narrow range of products of little or no value. Selling on it also a pain, I emailed their customer service few times with no response for weeks so far. I would avoid from now on...Their greed is on them...

Very Poor Customer Experience
We had a really frustrating experience with this company. One of the biggest issues is that they do NOT allow the standard “review before payment” option with the courier. Even when we explicitly called them from the Speedy office and asked for an exception, they refused — flat out. No flexibility, no understanding.
This creates a completely unnecessary risk for the customer, especially when buying clothes, where sizing and fit are critical. Instead of being able to quickly check if the item fits and return it on the spot if it doesn’t, you are forced to accept the package blindly.
And it gets worse.
If the item doesn’t fit and you return it, you then have to wait up to TWO WEEKS to get your money back. So instead of a simple and fair process at the courier office, your money is tied up for weeks — all because they don’t offer a basic option that many other online stores provide.
Overall, this approach feels very customer-unfriendly and outdated. It adds friction, risk, and unnecessary delays to what should be a simple purchase process.
Would not recommend unless you are 100% sure about the size and willing to deal with slow refunds.
