I am a regular user of this app

I am a regular user of this app, but I want to suggest an important safety update.Right now, if a user accidentally touches the "Repeat Transfer" option, the app sends the money immediately within minutes. There is no confirmation step and no way to cancel it. I have accidentally sent money two or three times because of this.Please consider adding a confirmation screen (like a "Are you sure?" pop-up) or a minutes cancellation window after clicking "Repeat Transfer." This small change will stop users from accidentally making incorrect transfers.

Thank you for the quick reply. I know about the help link, but because Remitly transfers money in minutes, the money is usually delivered too fast to hit cancel. I will submit a formal request on your support page. Please make sure your product team sees this suggestion so nobody else loses money by accident.

Excellent money transfer service

Excellent money transfer service. Fast, reliable, and easy to use. The transfer arrived on time, the exchange rates were competitive, and the app was very user-friendly. I highly recommend Remitly for international money transfers.
