I want to share my recent experience with Remitano and urge everyone to avoid using their platform. If you value your hard-earned money, please take my advice and stay away from them.
Here’s what happened:
I tried to send money through Remitano, thinking it was a reliable platform for crypto transactions. Everything seemed fine at first — I initiated the transaction, and the platform showed that the transfer was successful. However, there were no notifications, no updates, and no confirmation that the funds had been properly sent or received. I waited for a long time, hoping it was just a technical issue, but nothing happened.
I attempted to reach out to Remitano's customer service for assistance, but this was the most frustrating part of the experience. Their support is non-responsive, and after multiple attempts to contact them, I was left with no help and no answers.
At this point, I am convinced that this platform is not trustworthy. They appear to have no interest in resolving customer issues, and their lack of communication and support is concerning. I’m not the only one who’s had problems — many others have also reported similar experiences.
To Everyone:
Do not trust Remitano with your money.
Avoid making any transactions or investments with them.
Their lack of proper customer service, failure to resolve issues, and apparent disregard for user security and trust should be a red flag for anyone thinking of using their platform.
Please share this message with anyone you know who may be considering Remitano. The risk is too great, and it's not worth the potential loss.

Unresolved Issue and Poor Support from Remitano
I am facing an issue with a seller and would like to file a formal complaint about Remitano's customer support.
They seem to side with the seller, and their system is incredibly slow.
The payment was already sent to the seller, but the seller claims they did not receive the funds. As a result, my account has been restricted.
I have been using Remitano for almost 5 years, while the seller just created their account. What’s worse, Remitano’s customer support has shown no concern for the issue.
I have provided all the evidence and documents they requested, yet my account remains locked. I really do not understand how Remitano’s support team operates. How can they work with scammers?
If my account restriction is lifted, I will update this review. But as of now, there has been no solution.
I advise staying away from using Remitano.
Edited: The issue is still not resolved, and my account remains frozen. Please remove the suspicions and lift the restriction on my account.

3 months and counting this criminals froze my account stopping me from being able to withdraw then went on to tell me I shared bank account with another user? How?
