Came from instagram, paid 1€ („special offer“), link broke, went into the app, had to subscribe, AI pic generator did not work at all, unsibscribe.

F*UK THIS APP. Its a waste time of and scam out your money.

Advertised on instagram, offered a free trial. Thought it looked like a good piece of software to get a professional looking image for my professional networking profile. However, opened my banking app this morning to multiple attempts to take £9.99. Luckily my card is frozen. Avoid at all costs, reported to the bank as fraudulent.

Honestly this is a scam, the site changes a fee and then page shows an error, as a result no product no money, strongly advise not use it.

I definitely did not subscribe this, but they’ve been pulling money from my account for months. When I’ve contacted customer success and kindly asked for a refund, they denied me that too.
Definitely not recommending this, absolutely scam.

Remini AI app is an absolute scam! They keep trying to take money out of my account without any authorization. First, I paid £0.99 for a picture, which I never received. Then, they had the audacity to take £10 out of my account not once, not twice, but FOUR times! This is beyond outrageous. It’s clear this company is operating a fraudulent scheme, preying on unsuspecting customers. Their practices are deceitful and despicable. I urge everyone to stay far away from this company. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks, exploiting users for every penny they can get. Save yourself the headache and frustration – avoid Remini AI at all costs!

Do not buy this app! I have cancelled my Subscription and they are still charging, I am only met with automated emails. BEWARE!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. I will be reporting this to my bank.

Buyer beware! I've been charged weekly even though I've cancelled this subscription since may 3rd. I have emailed and contacted them repeatedly about the error in charges and showed receipts that my subscription is cancelled. I have only been met with automated responses about how to cancel my subscription (which I have on both platforms) and no answers to my questions or reimbursement of the fraudulent items. I am at my wits end at this point as I'm still being charged and no one responds to my emails or messages on dm or email. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

During the free week they bombard you with ads without letting you use the app. Any button you use sends you back to subscribe. It made me waste a lot of time without accomplishing anything!

If you have an equiry, suggestion or need any issue resolved, don't bother because you won't get any answer from this company. At least from a human anyway. It's an A.I. app probably run by bots. In terms of the actual software, don't enhance any faces with facial jewellery like nose or lip rings because it will try to remove them. I suggested they try to do something to try and rectify this issue but nope, nada, they don't care. Better off trying MyEdit.

Worst customer support ever. I subscribed by mistake using an email not linked to my apple account so I coudn't see on my cellphone the subscription. Only used the service for 2 days and they kept charging me weekly for a few months. Never wanted to refund me, kind of a scam knowing I did not use their platform.

I cancelled my subscription but these thieves had to take money from my card. They do not respond to emails. Total scam! Do not try! Had to cancel my card because of these conmen! Don’t dare! Worst app ever! Thieves!!!!! Am so angry right now.

Do not subscribe to this app. I did a “free trial” and was charged before cancellation. I have no subscription to cancel and I am still being charged. I contacted the company and no response! I will most likely have to get a new debit card because of this trash app.

Every picture of me comes back with Maggie Gyllenhaal’s face, and I don’t look like her one bit. My son’s pics keep coming back as female, even though his settings are male. And the waiting is endless. Why would one continue to pay for this?

I was suppose to pay weekly. Every week they took two payments from my account. When I tried to access my account it kept telling me it couldn’t find it. I ended paying for an app I couldn’t even access. I contacted them about both issues and they refused to refund me for the overcharges. Total ripoff. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP. I ended up paying $40 for two weeks when it was supposed to be $9.99 per week and I never even got to use the app once. Total scam.
